Our Story
Won Jeong (CEO + Founder) started his journey in the food industry when he was 15 years old and soon found a passion for leading and developing team members to grow within the brand. Starting as a part-time host at a local restaurant, Won built a successful career in the restaurant industry to lead training and recruitment departments for multiple different brands. Over the last 11 years, Won has opened over 50 restaurants, launched new menu items, and supervised restaurants in numerous states up to 155 stores at one point in his career.
Won faced the most significant challenge in his recent roles leading the recruitment process and experiencing the “Great Resignation” period. Won began to see more and more burnt-out managers and team members and many skilled team members leaving the business.
It looked like automation was the only answer to cover the shortage. However, automation in the food industry would bring the end of many human jobs and colossal costs to the business owners to implement the new technology. Won viewed the “Great Resignation” period as a time for workers to find a workplace that will treat them fairly and provides them with excellent training and an easy-to-work atmosphere.
